I help people really change — make changes that they enjoy and can stick with. I am not going to make you eat blah tasting food or take away your favorite foods. Behavior change that is custom made for you is what I do.
As a mom of four kids, I know how hard life can be and how difficult it can be to strike a balance between work, home, health and social life. That is real life. I get that. Together we will create a lifestyle that you can stick with and feels made for you!
