Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every consultation. For more than fifteen years, Erica has had the pleasure of working with various multidisciplinary healthcare teams within the Northwestern Memorial Hospital outpatient medical group. Her translational clinical experience developing lifestyle-based interventions for individuals makes her an expert in the field of dietetics and nutrition for disease prevention, diabetes care, heart health and weight management.

Outside of talking about good nutrition and eating well, Erica enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves to travel around the world, and tries her best to play a fun game of tennis.
