I am a registered dietitian and I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College and my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Illinois at Chicago.

I understand that nutrition, health, and wellbeing can all be complex but very much individualized; whether someone wants to prevent recurrent kidney stones, improve their blood sugars, or address gastro-intestinal distress, my goal as a dietitian is to empower and educate my clients to make realistic and sustainable changes so that they can build a healthier lifestyle and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
